Let's dip our toes in and take to the flat waters of the Colorado Rocky Mountain region (think lakes and reservoirs) for a morning or evening of intentional movement, meditation, and conversation. Bring yourself and a paddleboard, kayak, or other self-propelled watercraft.  

Join a small group of women on a multi-day journey below the surface, into the warm embrace of Labyrinth Canyon and the sacred waters of the Green River.  This remote camping and canoeing adventure is all about re-discovering and re-connecting with the ways of water and the feminine spirit.
